Implementation of Law in the Context of Stability of State and Legal Institutions

 The article deals with important aspects of the implementation of law related to the functioning of state and legal institutions, which are the consolidating element of the modern law enforcement model. It includes the implementation of law in its objective sense, as well as subjective law and legal practice as the final stage of law implementation. The author examines the state and legal institutions in terms of their generalized classification, their importance for the effective functioning of legal implementation mechanisms, and the legal system as a whole. He substantiates the objective need for stability and sustainability of such institutions with a view to preventing entropy processes, modern threats, and challenges. From a comparative perspective, the author analyzes in general terms some state and legal institutions and emphasizes the crucial need for their functioning with due regard for economic, political, cultural and other factors. State and legal institutions are considered as a stimulant for the effective implementation of law and a preventive measure against inadequate legal practice.
